Free public parking is available on site and behind the Building (reservation is not required).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM Check-out by 11:00 AM
May I bring my pet?
Due to room size, pets are only allowed in the Prime Studio.
Is breakfast served there?
Yes, in the Chayka restaurant, which is located in the Dawn Park building.
Are there any rooms with balconies?
yes all Rooms have Balcony
Can I pay in cash on site?
Payment is only possible online with advance booking.
Are towels and bed linen included?
The beds are freshly made, and towels are provided.
Do you have to pay for parasols and sun loungers?
No, these are included and subject to availability.
Is there room service?
No, the apartments are for self-catering.
Do I have to clean the room myself when I check out?
No, it's cleaned after every checkout. You only need to empty the refrigerator and trash.
Who can I contact if I have questions?
On the contact page you have several ways to contact us. We respond very quickly.
Is there a kitchen? Can I cook there?
There is no kitchen, but honestly, it's cheaper to eat outside than to buy groceries at the supermarket.
How far is it to next Beach?
the next Beach is Chayka Beach 700m or 10 Minutes to walk away
How far away is the Center?
The Center of Sunny Beach is around 900m away up to 15 Minutes to walk.
How far away is the next Bus Stop?
the next Station is very close on the Main Sreet 5 Minutes to walk.
