House Rules & Liability Agreement
1. Your Apartment (Private Property)

Care of Property: Our boutique studios are privately owned. We ask you to treat the interior and equipment with care.

Mandatory Reporting: Any damage caused during your stay, whether accidental or otherwise, must be reported to the management immediately. This allows us to ensure the studio is ready for the next guest.

Non-Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studios.
2. Pool & Spa Area (Exclusion of Liability)

Use at Own Risk: The use of the swimming pools, Finnish sauna, and steam bath is entirely at the guest’s own risk. The management assumes no liability for any injuries or health issues resulting from the use of these facilities.

Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and spa areas.

Equipment Liability: Any damage to the technical equipment of the pool or spa (e.g., sauna heaters, filtration systems) caused by improper use will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
3. General Resort Liability & Security Deposit

Amount: A security deposit of €100 is required for every booking to cover potential damages or violations of house rules (e.g., smoking, pets).

Procedure: The deposit is collected at the time of booking.

Refund: After check-out, our local team will inspect the studio. If no damages are found and all house rules were respected, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Deductions: In the event of damage exceeding the deposit, the guest remains liable for the full repair costs.
