1. English Version

1.1 Scope and Provider

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through the website marino-mar.com. The contractual partner is: Gaetano Marino, Trauben 12, 88250 Weingarten, Germany.

1.2 Conclusion of Contract

By completing the booking process and making a payment via Stripe, a binding rental agreement is concluded for the specified period.

1.3 Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices.
As the rental is a private activity under the Bulgarian patent tax system (Art. 113 Bulgarian VAT Act), no VAT is charged or displayed.
Full payment is required via Stripe to secure the booking.

1.4 Cancellation Policy

In accordance with EU law, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for services related to accommodation provided on a specific date (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the booking amount.
Cancellation between 29 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival or No-Show: No refund will be granted.
Note: We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to cover unexpected events.

1.5 Mandatory Registration (ESTI)

The guest is legally required to provide personal data (Passport/ID) for the Bulgarian Tourist Register (ESTI). This is handled via our secure JotForm link provided after booking.

2.1 Geltungsbereich und Anbieter

Diese AGB gelten für alle Buchungen über die Website marino-mar.com. Vertragspartner ist: Gaetano Marino, Trauben 12, 88250 Weingarten, Deutschland.

2.2 Vertragsschluss

Mit Abschluss des Buchungsvorgangs und Zahlung via Stripe kommt ein verbindlicher Mietvertrag für den gewählten Zeitraum zustande.

2.3 Preise und Zahlung

Alle Preise sind Endpreise.
Da die Vermietung als private Tätigkeit nach dem bulgarischen Patentsteuersystem erfolgt (Art. 113 bulg. UStG), wird keine Mehrwertsteuer ausgewiesen.
Die Zahlung erfolgt sicher über Stripe.

2.4 Stornierungsbedingungen

Gemäß EU-Recht besteht kein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht für Beherbergungsleistungen zu einem spezifischen Termin (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB).

Stornierung bis 30 Tage vor Anreise: Vollständige Erstattung des Buchungsbetrags.
Stornierung 29 bis 14 Tage vor Anreise: 50% Erstattung des Gesamtbetrags.
Stornierung weniger als 14 Tage vor Anreise oder Nichtanreise (No-show): Keine Erstattung möglich.
Hinweis: Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, um unvorhersehbare Ereignisse abzusichern.

2.5 Gesetzliche Meldepflicht (ESTI)

Der Gast ist gesetzlich verpflichtet, seine Daten (Pass/ID) für das bulgarische Tourismusregister (ESTI) anzugeben. Dies erfolgt über unseren JotForm-Link nach der Buchung.
